What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit, such as whether you are signed in, so you don't have to log in again every time.

How We Use Cookies

Link Robins uses only essential cookies required to operate the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or sell any data to third parties. Our visitor analytics (described in our Privacy Policy) is fully cookieless — it sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

Cookie Purpose Duration
laravel_session Keeps you signed in during your browser session and secures your account. Session
XSRF-TOKEN Protects against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. Required for all form submissions. Session
cookie_law Remembers that you have acknowledged this cookie notice so it doesn't show on every page. 10 years
dark_mode Stores your display preference (light or dark mode). 10 years
remember_web_* Set only when you choose "Remember me" at login. Keeps you signed in across browser sessions. 5 years
announcement_guest_id / announcement_user_id Remembers that you dismissed an announcement banner so the same announcement doesn't reappear. 10 years

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services that may set their own cookies:

  • Cloudflare — used for security and performance. Cloudflare may set a __cf_bm cookie to identify bots. See Cloudflare's cookie policy for details.

Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may prevent the platform from functioning correctly — for example, you may not be able to stay signed in.

Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are stored
  • Delete all or specific cookies
  • Block cookies from specific sites
  • Block all third-party cookies
