What gets charged, and when
- Uptime monitoring is free for up to 3 monitors, with no card needed.
- Link Robins Pro is $15 a year, billed yearly in advance. It renews automatically each year until you cancel.
Tips are separate: a one-off amount you choose, with nothing attached to it.
Cancelling Pro
Open your dashboard, open Link Robins Pro and choose Manage billing. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.
Refunds
Ask within 14 days of any Pro charge, your first payment or a renewal, and it is refunded in full. Email support@linkrobins.com from your account's address, or ask on Support. A refund goes back through Stripe to the card that paid.
Invoices
Receipts come from Stripe by email when a payment goes through. Past Pro invoices are under Manage billing. Ask on Support if you need one re-sent or need different details on it.
Cards
Card details go to Stripe and never touch this site. I cannot see your card number, and neither can anything I have written.
