HTML Widget: drop custom HTML onto your forum home

A widget that lets you place custom HTML on your forum home, built for FoF Forum Widgets Core. Handy for banners, notices, embeds, or anything else you want to show.

Requires: FoF Forum Widgets Core (fof/forum-widgets-core).
Install: composer require linkrobins/html-widget, then enable it in the admin Extension Manager (or install it straight from Packagist there).

Changed

The widget now lets browsers cache its content for five minutes, so it stops re-fetching on every page view and loads a little faster. Edits you make in the admin panel still appear within a few minutes.
The rendered content follows the Font Sizer reading-size setting if you run that extension.

Plus new automated tests for the content endpoint and its caching, running on every change.
