Post Numbers — #N on every post

Adds a #N number to each post in a discussion. Ported to Flarum 2.0 from ziven/flarum-post-number.

Install: composer require linkrobins/post-num, then enable it in the admin Extension Manager (or install it straight from Packagist there).

A maintenance release with nothing you'll notice; the shipped code is unchanged. Under the hood the typing was tightened, the build tooling was updated, and the repo now runs formatting checks and CI on every change.
