Two new features, and a round of fixes covering notifications and how the pages read on a phone.

Route a category to one person

A support category can now be handed to a specific staff member, under Settings → Link Robins Support. New tickets opened in that category are assigned to that person automatically, and only they are notified about them.

Categories left on "Nobody" behave exactly as before: the ticket arrives unassigned, every staff member is notified, and whoever replies first picks it up. Nothing changes after upgrading unless you set this up.

If the person you picked later stops being support staff, tickets in that category go back to notifying everybody, rather than quietly piling up on someone who can no longer open them.

Notifications when a ticket's status changes

Closing, resolving, reopening or handing over a ticket used to tell nobody at all.

When staff change a ticket's status, the person who opened it is notified.
When somebody reopens their own ticket, staff are notified, so it does not sit unnoticed.
When you assign a ticket to another staff member, they are notified. Claiming one yourself stays silent, since you already know.

Status changes appear in the notifications list but do not send email by default, because a ticket can move through several statuses in a day. Assignments do both. Everyone can change this per notification type in their own settings.

Fixes

Opening a ticket no longer notifies staff twice. Every new ticket was producing both a "new ticket" and a "new reply" notification for the same words, so two alerts and two emails.
The pages read properly on a phone. On the new-ticket page the title was squeezed into a narrow column between the back link and the category chip, and broke across three lines. Ticket subjects in the list were cut off after about four words. Headings, subjects and the ticket status now each get the full width.
Long content in a ticket no longer stretches the page sideways. Pasted logs, code blocks and wide tables scroll in place instead.
Claim, Unassign and Reopen look like buttons again. They were painting themselves the same colour as the bar they sit on, so they read as stray text.
The "Deleted" badge in the ticket list is readable. It was white text on a pale pink background.
The category editor in the admin panel is wider, matching the standard Flarum modal width, so its fields are no longer cramped.
Internal notes lost the heavy orange bar down the left edge. The tinted background already marks them as staff-only.

Upgrading

composer update linkrobins/support then php flarum migrate and php flarum cache:clear. One migration runs, adding the optional per-category assignee. No settings change on their own.
